Downloads are delivered from the receipt page you land on after paying, not by email attachment. That page is the thing to bookmark. Keep its address to return for fresh download links, and it keeps working for 30 days.
For anything the answers below do not cover, write to support@djbambam.com. Include the email address you paid with — that is enough to find the order. Replies usually come within two working days.
Downloads
The usual three
- A download link stopped working
- Each link is signed and expires after 15 minutes, so it cannot be shared or leaked. Reload the receipt page and it issues fresh ones. Nothing is wrong with your order.
- I lost the receipt page
- Write in from the email address you paid with so your order can be located and access restored.
- The file will not open
- Every file is an MP3 320 or a lossless WAV, tagged and playable in Rekordbox, Serato, Traktor and iTunes. If one will not load, say which track and which format and it will be re-cut and sent over.
- I paid but the files are not there yet
- That happens if a record sold before its masters finished processing. The order is safe. Write in and the files will be sent directly.
Money
Refunds and charges
- Can I have a refund?
- Digital downloads cannot be returned, so sales are final once a file has been downloaded. That is not a way of avoiding a bad sale: if a file is faulty, the wrong version, or you were charged twice, it is refunded in full. Ask.
- I do not recognise a charge
- It will appear as DJ Bam Bam. Write in before disputing it with your bank — a dispute takes weeks and a refund takes minutes.
- Do you take anything but cards?
- Payment is handled by Stripe, which accepts cards and the wallets your browser offers. Card details never touch this site.
Using the music
What a purchase allows
- Can I play these out?
- Yes. Buying a track licenses you to play it, in clubs and in mixes. That is what it is for.
- Can I remix or sample it?
- The stems ship with certain releases for exactly that, but they are not royalty-free. A remix or a release built on them needs permission first — write in and ask; it is usually a short conversation.
- Can I use it in a video, an advert, or a cheer routine?
- That is a sync licence and it is not included. Write in with what you have in mind.
The full position is in the terms of service; what the site stores about you is in the privacy policy.
Studio work
Not an order
Mixing, mastering, remixes and cheer mixes are quoted per project and start with a brief rather than a checkout. Send a track and you will get an answer, not an auto-reply.
