The short version: you can read this entire site, play every preview and fill a cart without giving anything away and without being tracked. There are no accounts to create, no cookies set, no analytics, and no advertising or social pixels of any kind. Personal information is collected in exactly two places — when you buy something, and when you send a brief through the intake form — and both are described below.
Browsing
Nothing is collected
No cookies are set. The cart lives in your own browser’s local storage, which never leaves your device: it holds release slugs and a format, never a price and never anything about you. Clearing your browser data clears it, and nobody else can read it.
The preview player remembers the selected track and playback position in this tab’s session storage so its controls can return after a page reload. This stays in your browser and is cleared when you stop the preview or end the tab’s session.
Typefaces are served from this site rather than fetched from Google at page load, so reading a page makes no request to a third-party font host. Cover art and audio previews are served from Cloudflare R2 over a domain used only for that.
Like any website, the hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs of requests, which include IP addresses and are held for a short period for security and troubleshooting. That is the hosting layer, not something this application reads, writes or analyses.
Buying
Handled by Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and never touch this site or its servers. Stripe collects your email address and payment details, and its handling of them is governed by the Stripe privacy policy.
This site keeps no database and no order records of its own. A paid Stripe session is the order, and the download page reads it back from Stripe each time it is opened to decide which files you are entitled to. The practical consequence is that there is no customer list here to lose, and deleting your data means asking Stripe, not this site.
What is sent to Stripe when you check out is the list of releases and formats in your cart, so it can be priced and itemised on your receipt. Prices are always recalculated from the catalogue rather than taken from your browser.
Sending a brief
The intake form
The intake form collects what it visibly asks for: your name, your email address, the project name, which service you want, a track count, links to your material, a deadline, and for cheer work a routine length and program name, plus any notes you add.
That brief is delivered to a Google Workspace account — recorded in a spreadsheet and emailed onward — so that it can be answered. Google acts as a processor for it. Briefs are kept as a record of work discussed and can be deleted on request.
Anything you link to is opened only to quote and carry out the work. Music sent for mixing or mastering is not shared, released or used for anything else.

Nothing is sold, rented or handed to anyone else, and there is no advertising on this site to hand it to.
Your rights
Access, deletion, questions
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to support@djbambam.com. Requests are answered within thirty days.
Purchase records are the exception worth stating plainly: they live with Stripe, are needed for tax and accounting, and cannot be deleted on request while that obligation lasts. Everything else — a brief, an email exchange — can be.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes are not applied retroactively to information already collected.
